Jerry Dunn

Chief Executive Officer

Jerry Dunn started his career in the coaching and training industry, where he excelled in sales training and management. At the age of 22, he was promoted as the Sales Training Director for a multi-million dollar company. At age 26, Jerry and 2 partners founded Premier Mentoring and grew sales to over $40 million.

Jerry then helped found Whisper Creek Log Homes and was the President and CEO. During his tenure, the company was recognized as one of the fastest growing log home companies in history. They proudly served 75 dealers in the United States and Canada, with manufacturing plants in both countries, employing more than 300 people.

Jerry has sought out and studied the life and habits of highly successful people and owes much of his success to those who have mentored him. Jerry invests heavily in commercial real estate and small businesses. He enjoys mentoring others in business and life and loves coaching high school basketball.

Erik Felsted

Chief Financial Officer

Erik is a finance executive, Certified Public Accountant and entrepreneur with over 25 years experience in all aspects of business and investment management, including private equity transactions, start-up companies, corporate finance, investment advisory, mergers and acquisitions, tax and legal strategy, real estate, and more.

Erik was a founding partner in S2 Partners (www.s2.com), an early-stage entrepreneurial venture firm, since 2000. Erik co-managed S2 portfolio company Entirenet as Chief Financial Officer, rebuilding the company after a major acquisition of all major employees and founders by Veritas Software.

Erik was also a key team member on sale of S2 portfolio company Smartben to a private equity firm in 2014. He was an early investor in venture capital firm vSpring, LP. Erik also spend eight years as CFO for a $40 million coaching and training company. As co-founder and director of Agemni, a SaaS technology company, sold interest to a private equity firm in March 2014. Erik is a former Senior Manager for Ernst & Young as a tax consultant to entrepreneurial and early-stage companies.

Erik graduated with a Master's Degree in Accounting (tax emphasis) at Brigham Young University.

Kris Keltner

Chief Operations Officer

Kris is from Southern California and graduated from BYU Idaho with a degree in Business and Communication. He has always had a knack for seeing potential in the many businesses and practices he has come across. He decided to pursue studies and a career in business because he has a passion in seeing businesses grow and change due to the implementation of sound business principles.

Kris began in the dental industry by managing a large group of dental practices, where he quickly learned the key components to make a practice profitable. He excels in operations, marketing, practice finance, business strategy, and team building. He is a firm believer in goal setting, planning and accountability to reach those goals. He has had much success with practices by placing an emphasis on tracking key stats and a large focus on team building and motivation to transform the status quo towards the vision.

He and his family currently reside in Utah. Kris is one of the biggest sports fans in the world. He is a life-long learner who attributes any knowledge and success to mentors, books, and blessings for following correct principles.

Valerie Tillotson

VP of Professional Partnerships

Valerie completed the Legal Office Occupations Program at Idaho State University. Her love for people has inspired her to serve in her home, community, and business. As a former high school coach, she enjoys mentoring teams and individuals to build confidence and overcome challenges.

Valerie has over 22 years experience in dental practice management, system and process analysis, and patient/client relationships. She is knowledgeable in all aspects of dental practice management, including start-up, acquisition and merger, insurance, HR, ordering, continuing care, treatment and financial coordination. She feels her strongest skill in identifying lack of process efficiency through practice analysis.

Valerie was the Budget Consultant for the City of Mackay, Idaho, Financial Coordinator for Lost Rivers Dental and Practice Consultant for Channing Way Dental and Hancock Dental.

Her passions are spending time with her husband, Richard, children and grandchildren, riding motorcycles and horses, camping, reading, serving others, and Arch! She loves entrepreneurship, and is co-owner of Gem Professional Consulting Group, Rocky Mountain Elite Dance Academy, and Crystal Springs Campground.

Missy Felsted

Missy has been with Arch as the Corporate Controller for 4 years. She attended both the London School of Economics as well as Brigham Young University on a Presidential Scholarship, where she graduated from the School of Accountancy with a Bachelor of Science. She is a CPA and worked at Ernst & Young as an auditor for many years specializing in Entrepreneurial Services and mid-size business finance. Leaving E&Y to work for a client, she worked as the Corporate Controller for a large real-estate development firm. She transitioned to be the CFO for a large tech company specializing in products for the blind. She helped to facilitate the IPO of this company. Following the IPO, a cross-country move enabled her to work as the CFO for a start-up tech company with her primary responsibility to secure venture capital funding and relationships. For 20 years she has worked in finance, consulting, and accounting for mid-size companies. Her wide-breadth of experience includes financial compilations and reporting, acquisitions, accounting procedures and processes, and audit expertise.

She has served on the executive board of Primary Children’s Hospital in both finance and fund-raising capacities and has helped create and maintain multi-million dollar fundraising efforts for children and families through speaking engagements and corporate relationships. She also currently serves on the executive board at The Waterford School in Sandy, Utah.

Outside of the workplace, Missy enjoys travelling, a good historical novel, and, most of all, time with her family.

Teresa Thomas

Teresa started her career in banking and then with a wonderful opportunity to work in a dental practice, she jumped and has been enjoying the dental industry for the last 29 years. She started out as an office manager and enjoyed the daily interactions with the staff and patients. After 8 years, she was blessed with another opportunity and began her career in the DSO aspect of the dental industry. She was the Director of Operations for a large DSO and lead a team that serviced over 20 practices. After leaving this position, Teresa joined Arch in 2018 as an accountant and has thoroughly enjoyed the sense of team unity, incredible caliber of people and the chance to continue to serve and provide support to our many doctors and staff.
She has served as past president of the Utah Down Syndrome Foundation being involved with inclusion activities, fund raising and events celebrating our individuality. She has a deep love for this organization and all the amazing things they do for our community.
In her spare time, Teresa enjoys traveling, biking, hiking and would really love to learn the game of golf. For Teresa, spending time with her family trumps all.

Sierra Worrell

Practice Manager

Sierra joined the Arch Dental Partner family in January 2018. She came to us with her CNA certificate as well as her EFDA, which she completed in 2013. She’s worked in the medical industry for many years and loves serving others. Her passion for dentistry can be traced back to the happiness she once felt after her smile was changed by her local Dentist. She knew she wanted to give back to others and help give patients that same confidence to smile again. Sierra’s specialties include Insurance billing, Negotiations, Analysis, Dentrix and team management. Her philosophy is “Every practice starts as a Diamond but overtime it may get dusty and tattered. With a little polishing, some structure changes, and a little TLC, it can be brought back to the best version of itself” She hopes to continue to serve the dental community for many years and mentor offices so that their Diamond’s too, can be shiny once again.

Outside of her passion for Dentistry, She loves being a mother and being married to her high school sweetheart. She grew up in a small town in southeast Idaho, where she would consider, Ashton, to be the heart of the state. “I love being a part of such a kind and loving community.” She enjoys service, family gatherings, and making lifelong friendships. She also loves the outdoors and thinks, “Can you truly be an Idaho girl if you don’t love camping, motorcycling and grandma’s home cooking?” She hopes to one day leave a legacy of perseverance, nothing is impossible with hard work, and with kindness we can all leave this place a little better than we found it.

Adele has worked in the dental field for many years. After serving on the OWATC’s Dental Employer Advisory team, she added a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration and was thrilled when the Arch team found her. Working with Arch Dental Partners has been a source of enjoyment and growth for Adele. The Arch core values and mission are critical to success within the practice as well as daily life. She looks forward to working with each and every one of our teams! She excels in communication, relationships, and empowering the teams who come to work every day to serve each other in their communities.

Adele raised her family in Northern Utah with her husband of 34 years. Her five sons and their teenage years required Adele to develop a strong sense of humor, flexibility, and a positive outlook. Her family continues to grow and bring great joy (also referred to as grandchildren). While she loves doing many things, life’s activities revolve around her personal and Arch families.

Danielle Mabey

Danielle became a part of Arch Dental Partners in 2019. Although she is our most recent Practice Manager to join our team, she brought with her 24 years of experience in private practice. Danielle attended Idaho State University. A few years later she began a lifetime career where she fell in love with the dental industry. Danielle received her EFDA Certificate in 2000. With her admiration and dedicated work ethics she achieved several leadership, business and insurance certificates over the years. She is a member of the AADOM and has always felt strongly about Continuing Education advancements. Danielle always carries compassion for her fellow team members and all they bring to create successful practice. Her philosophy has always been to work beside them with respect and understanding knowing how challenging their days can be in a dental practice. “Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much”
Danielle has been blessed with 2 beautiful, kind, ambitious daughters who are now young adults. Danielle and her husband, her high school sweetheart have spent several years in gymnasiums and traveling supporting their girls in all their activities. “Watching them grow up and move away is bittersweet” She feels that there is nothing more treasured than being a mom and wife. The now empty nester’s find themselves on the golf course, snow shoeing, cycling, kayaking or doing many of the outdoor activities that the gorgeous state of Idaho delivers. Danielle also enjoys her time serving on the Pocatello City Golf Board as well as the Gate City Ladies Golf League. She loves traveling with friends and family she believes “friends are the family you choose”.
